CLOSER2EVENT is a 1 year tech company with a great service to offer to the events (music, congresses, sports) and ticketing industry. Based in Barcelona, we offer our technology world wide through our Inside Sales Team. Partners as Futbol Club Barcelona, MotoGP, Primavera Sound are already using our accommodation widget.

We are actually opening 2 new positions on our INSIDE SALES team. We are looking for employees eager to work and  learn, super motivated, and that are searching for a new opportunity in a company that is just starting with lots of opportunities to grow.

Job Description

You will sell the company's services mainly via phone/video call. You will guarantee customer satisfaction understanding his needs and offering the right solution to reach his goals. 

As an inside sales representative, your main tasks will include: 

• Generate new Leads and opportunities
  

• Sell the company's services primarily through the phone, understating customer’s needs 
  

• Guarantee the achievement of inside sales targets
  

• Guarantee customer satisfaction understanding his/her needs and offering the right solution to reach his/her goals
  

• Manage inbound calls and  promotional outbound activities
  

• Manage outbound calls to detect new business opportunities
  

• Manage back office and CRM activities
  

• Collect and share adequate market feedback
  

• Guarantee support to marketing activities, conduct market research and share market feedback
  

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

Technical Skills:

• Self-development on lead generation
  

• Phone Sales techniques
  

• Strong Communication skills
  

• Long term customer relationship approach
  

• Business partnership approach
  

• CRM management knowledge
  

• Spanish minimum level (to talk and understand), not necessary native.
  

• Native level of English (UK/US) OR French OR German
  

• Other European languages are a plus
  

• Minimum 2 years experience on sales
  

Soft Skills:

• Experience on the events or ticketing environment
  

• Integrity and proactivity
